Class Schedule

CrossFit is a combination of many fitness modalities. Classes will include Olympic lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, aerobic conditioning like running, rowing, biking and skiing. All classes are an hour long and will always be led by a certified CrossFit coach. We offer group CrossFit classes, aerobic conditioning classes and Olympic lifting classes.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Mon-Fri: 6am,8am,9am, 3:30pm-7:30pm

Sat-Sun: 8am & 9am Classes
