What is CrossFit?

CrossFit combines functional movements like pulling, pushing, squatting, lifting, running, rowing, etc. performed at high intensity. Each workout of the day (WOD) works multiple parts of the body to increase overall fitness. CrossFit is a combination of fitness modalities including gymnastics, olympic lifting, powerlifting, aerobic capacity and plyometrics.

Do I need experience with CrossFit to join?

Not at all! Our experienced coaches will teach you proper form and technique from the start. We scale and modify workouts as needed to help beginners build up safely.

What kind of results can I expect?

Many see gains in strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, and muscle tone within a few weeks. As fitness improves, people also lose fat, gain energy, reduce injuries, and feel a powerful sense of community.

Is CrossFit appropriate for my age?

Yes! We have members in their teens, 20s/30s, 40s/50s, and 60s/70s and 80s. Coaches tailor the functional movements and intensity to suit each person's ability.

I'm intimidated by lifting weights. Can I focus on other areas?

CrossFit workouts always scale loads and movements to your current skill and comfort. Our coaches will help you master techniques over time to progress at your own pace.
