CrossFit Group Classes

Our CrossFit class offers a full-body workout by combining weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio. Led by certified CrossFit coaches, each 60-minute session starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by strength and skill work like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, pushups. The workout finishes with a constantly varied, high-intensity WOD (Workout of the Day) aimed to increase overall fitness and fat burning. The CrossFit community trains hard together to push past boundaries. All levels welcome.This program is tailored for individuals seeking to improve their functional fitness, and sculpt a strong physique. Through a combination of progressive resistance training, compound movements, and focused muscle targeting, you'll experience gains in both strength, conditioning and confidence. Our expert trainers will guide you through a balanced regimen that empowers you to push boundaries and unleash your true potential.

Aerobic Capacity

Get ready to ignite your metabolism and push your limits with our Aerobic Capacity Class. Build your endurance, torch calories and strengthen your cardiovascular system with our aerobic capacity class. Each 60-minute session incorporates running, rowing, biking, cross country skiing and body weight exercises performed at high-intensity intervals targeting increased aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Certified coaches lead the functional fitness conditioning to help you push past your limits, reach new benchmarks and elevate cardio to the next level. All fitness levels welcome.

CFD Kids

CrossFit Kids provides a fun, supportive 45-60 minute workout for ages 9-13. Qualified coaches motivate proper movement patterns through games, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, weightlifting and HIIT workouts using CrossFit Methodology. Kids build total body fitness, coordination, flexibility with friends. The positive environment focused on effort over results encourages self-esteem and teamwork. Olympic Lifting

Improve your power, strength, and explosiveness through our Olympic weightlifting program. Our 60-minute Olympic lifting class focuses on mastering the clean and jerk and snatch techniques with in-depth coaching on proper form and mobility from USA Weightlifting certified coaches. We build solid lifting skills through drills, strength work and lifting sessions tailored for various levels from beginner to advanced. Focusing on the lifts creates incredible full-body power.
