Ranch Wars is an outdoor team CrossFit competition. Teams are comprised of 2 Male and 2 Female athletes. There will be an Rx and Scaled Division. Masters athletes will compete in either the Rx or Scaled Division.
All teams will compete in 4 events: 2 Crossfit style Wods and 2 Ranch/Farm style functional fitness events.
WHAT MAKES RANCH WARS DIFFERENT?
Not just another CrossFit competition. Past events include kayak races, logs, kegs, stones, sleds, obstacle races, sandbag throws and more. Food and Vendors on Site. Prizes for all podium finishers.
