It’s so easy to get started with us and you can hit the ground running with a FREE Elements Class. Come on down and tour our facilities, chat with our coaches, and see all the amazing tools we have to offer. It’s the first step towards a fitter future.

During your FREE ELEMENTS session you will receive:

  • A brief description of our view on healthy eating and nutrition
  • An overview of our unique training methodology and all class options
  • Your first Elements class is a one hour beginners class that will go over some of the fundamental movements of CrossFit and the proper form, scaling and modifying options for each movement. It will include lots of instruction and technique and of course a mini workout at the end. The goal is to learn our lingo and the safety and set up for each movement and how to modify each workout to your level.
  • After your first FREE class you will then attend 3 more ELEMENTS classes that will be included in your monthly membership. Once all 4 Elements classes have been completed you will be ready to attend any of our normally scheduled CrossFit Classes.
